Housekeeper / Cleaning Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and meticulous housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and orderly environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities, such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors and furniture.
Clean and sanitize all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas, following company standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, and distribute fresh towels and toiletries as required.
Replenish supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, in all designated areas.
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to management promptly.
Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in a proper and sanitary manner.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service to guests, residents, or clients, and respond to requests in a timely and courteous manner.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a related role is preferred, but training may be provided.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies and familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, stoop, and lift or carry objects up to [e.g., 25–50] pounds.
Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough and consistent cleaning.
Excellent time-management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a high degree of reliability and trustworthiness.
