Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful Virtual/Administrative Assistant to provide remote support to our team and management. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter with exceptional time management and communication skills who can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
* Schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings including setting up virtual meeting links.
* Manage email inboxes by screening, prioritizing, and responding to correspondence.
* Create, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and spreadsheets. * Maintain and organize digital files and databases.
* Conduct online research to gather information, compile data, and prepare reports.
* Serve as a primary point of contact, handling incoming calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
* Book travel and accommodations as needed for team members.
* Assist with scheduling social media posts and monitoring company accounts.
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative and organizational projects.
Qualifications :
* Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar remote administrative role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience with project management tools.
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks with little supervision.
