Job Summary :
We are seeking a diligent and accurate Data Entry Specialist to support our team by inputting, updating, and maintaining large volumes of information in our databases. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all entered data. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our data management systems and contributes directly to the team's success.

Key Responsibilities :

* Enter data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, digital files) into computer systems and databases.
* Verify and correct data for errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies to ensure a high level of accuracy.
* Prepare, organize, and sort documents and data for entry.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in spreadsheets and other software.
* Retrieve data and electronic files upon request for team members.
* Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company protocols.
* Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality policies at all times.

Qualifications :

* Proven experience in a data entry or clerical role is preferred, but motivated entry-level candidates will be considered.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
* Experience with relevant database systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
* Fast and accurate typing skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
