Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide accurate.
Provide valid, and complete information accross board.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Process orders, transactions, account updates.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships of trust with customers.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions,

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven customer support experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent active listening skills and a professional phone voice.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Customer-centric attitude with the ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
