Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting with financial reporting. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong accounting knowledge, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, and payments..
Prepare and generate financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, for management.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and provide documentation for audits.
Track and monitor expenses and budgets, flagging any discrepancies.
Ensure all financial activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and external accountants.
Maintain and organize all financial documents and records with a high degree of confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills :
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
An Associate's degree or diploma in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or other relevant platforms.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial data.
