Job Requirements
Responsibilities
Administrative Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the executive, fielding and prioritizing incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
Manage and maintain complex calendars and schedules, coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and engagements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and manage confidential files, records, and databases.

Personal Support:
Manage personal scheduling and appointments.
Coordinate with and manage external contractors as needed.
Assist with various personal tasks as required.
Liaison and Representation:
Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Represent the executive in a professional and diplomatic manner in all interactions.

Qualifications
Experience:
[1–3+] years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role.
Proven track record of supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals.
Skills:
Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Superior verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and tools.
A proactive, resourceful, and flexible approach to problem-solving.
